Ms. Jemielyn, or Jem to her colleagues, was a college student awaiting graduation when she first got to know about Diamond. Back then, Diamond was looking for fresh graduates for the newly launched telemarketing program. She was one of the first to apply and get hired for the position. As a telemarketer, her main duty is to peddle the services of Diamond Finance thru phone calls and social media inquiries. Now she is on her 5th year with the DFC family. Her hard work and dedication were rewarded recently as she was announced the Employee of the Month for January.
