PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD (PCG)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be in the Active Service.
- Should be at least 1 year in service.
- Should be at least an Apprentice Seaman or Seawoman (for enlisted).
- Should be at least an Ensign (for officers).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enlistment or Re-enlistment Order
- Latest Original Payslip
- Updated PCG ID
- Certificate of No ID (For expired ID)
- (1) One Government Issued ID
- Certificate of Willing to Re-enlist
- Certificate of No Pending Case (CGIAS Clearance)
- Proof of Billing / Baranggay Clearance
- ATM Card (if ATM Release)
- Loan Application: Check APD, with signature of CO
