April 29, 2023 – Diamond Finance held a team building activity for its loan consultants at The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay, Baguio City. The team building was organized by the DFC’s Marketing Team and was conducted by Equipe Business Support Services headed by Mr. Mark Erdie D. Estrella. Present during the team building were DFC’s Chairman, BGEN RAMON MATEO U DIZON AFP (RET), Vice Chairman and President, ENGR MICHAEL V GONZALEZ, Executive Vice President, MGEN DANILO CHAD D ISLETA AFP (RET) and AVP for Marketing and Systems, Ms. Janice P Tianzon.
The objective of the team building was to instill the importance of good communication and foster cooperation in working towards a common goal. Grouped into three (3), the participants gave their all as they went through the activities that were both challenging and thought-provoking. The day session ended with the participants avowing that the activity was a success and that they enjoyed and had fun.
