Ms. Aly came to know about Diamond through her college classmate who spent their OJT with the company. She just graduated from college back then and was looking for a company to work in. Luckily for her, Diamond was in search for telemarketers. She was one of the first to apply, and she got the position. Her duties as a telemarketer are to answer inquiries of clients and assist them in the whole loan process.
Ms. Aly is now on her 5th year with Diamond, her dedication and hard work earned her the recognition of Employee of the Month for June.
