Ms. Roli was a fresh graduate on a job hunt when she first heard about Diamond Finance through her college classmates. Eager to land a job, she immediately went to the office and applied. She took an exam and got interviewed, after which she was hired. She was initially assigned in the Accounting Department before getting transferred to the Billing Department.
Ms Roli is currently on her 5th year in Diamond. She is one of the associates handling caravan transactions. Her hardwork and dedication contributed to her being recognized as Employee of the month for October.
