Ms. Alma Lopez was looking for a job when she first came to know about Diamond. The company she was applying for was located one floor above DFC’s office, which that time, was currently looking for applicants to hire. Upon seeing the job opening, she and her friend tried their luck and applied with Diamond. They were hired and Ms. Alma was assigned as an Accounting Associate, where in she was in charge of verifying loan account of clients. After a few years being assigned in Accounting Department, she was then transferred to the Marketing Department, which is her current assignment today.
Ms. Alma is now on her 6th year with DFC and was recently recognized as employee of the month for April.
