Employee of the month for September

Ms. Claire first knew about Diamond through a group chat she had with her college classmates. One of her classmates, a Diamond employee, announced that the company had job openings and the announcement was right in time because that time, she was on a job hunt together with her best friend. She immediately went to the office, took an exam, got interviewed, and was hired as an Operations Associate.

Today, 5 years after, she was hired. She plays an important role in Diamond’s frontline team. She conquers day-to-day task with a smile and one application at a time. Her efforts did not go unnoticed as she was named Employee of the month for September.
