Employee of the month for December
Mr. Lester first came to know about Diamond through his colleagues who informed him about DFC’s job opening. He applied and got hired as a Billing Associate. His duty is to ensure that all accounts are billed so that collection of loans is at 100%. He is now on his 6th year with DFC. His dedication to his work is shown in how long he has been with DFC. This acknowledgment is a special one to him as it is his 1st Employee of the Month recognition.
