Operations Associate
Ms. Claire is one of our Frontliners under the Operations Department. She has been with the company from June 2017 up to now. As a frontliner, her duty is to introduce a caring tone for the client’s overall loan experience. She ensures clients are well informed of the loan they are availing while she assists them in completing their requirements. She also provides updates on loan status for both clients and loan consultants. Throughout her 8 years with DFC, she has assisted numbers of clients and has helped all of them with their immediate financial needs. This August, she bags her 5th Employee of the month recognition.
