DFC CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND SEMINAR

March 18, 2023 – Novotel, Quezon City – In its efforts to consistently provide excellent customer relationship, Diamond Finance held a customer service training and seminar for its employees. In partnership with HR Architects together with its trainer Ms. April Salonga, DFC employees spent a full day refresher course on how to professionally adhere to different customer concerns.
The training and seminar aims to sharpen the skills needed in dealing with customers. Customer satisfaction alongside providing outright financial solutions to its Kaibigans have been the mission of DFC. Equipping its employees with additional knowledge and skills enhancement would make sure that this mission will always be fulfilled.
