Operations Department
Ms. Michelle or Mich to her colleagues, is a proud member of the Operations Department. She became an employee of Diamond Finance way back June 2021. She was hired as a Processing Associate and is the first point of contact for all clients coming to the office. She receives them and answers their inquiries and also verifies their account and kicks off the loan process. In her 5th year with the company, she claims her 1st Employee of the Month recognition.
