Ms. Melody Montiano
Billing Department

Ms. Melody has been with the company since July 2024 and is a proud member of the Billing Department. As a Billing Associate, her duty is to complete and check all loan documents needed for billing submission. Aside from her billing duties, she also handles the concerns of Loan Consultants who conducts caravans, from loan inquiries and verifications to interviews and loan releasing. In her two years with Diamond, she claims her first Employee of the Month recognition.
