Ms. Alexandra, or Alex to her colleagues, is a Loan Monitoring Associate under the Operations Department who joined the company in November of 2022. She came to know of Diamond through her cousin, who is also an employee of the company. Her duty focuses on dealing with clients with specific concerns such as delayed payments and deletion of pensions. She is the one tasked to handle the said accounts and work towards resolving them diligently, a role she has been doing well at for almost 4 years. This February 2026, she was recognized as Employee of the Month, her first time to receive the recognition.
