Last December, for the first time ever, two employees were acclaimed as Employee of the Month, namely: Mr. Dexter Cabaña and Ms. Eloisa Cerbolles.

Today we feature the 1st awardee, Mr. Dexter Cabaña.

Billing and Operations Department

Mr. Dexter is a member of the Billing and Operations Department and has been with the company since 2019. He came to know about Diamond through a relative who was working with the company back then. As a Billing Associate, part of his duties is to accomplish loan documents needed for billing submission, as well as gathering of applications submitted through caravans. Apart from his billing duties, he also assists Loan Consultants who are deployed in caravans, from loan inquiries to interviews down to loan releasing. In his almost 7 years stint with the company, he has already bagged his 2nd employee of the month recognition.
