Ms. Claire is one of our frontliners. Their work performance has a huge impact in the overall experience of the clients. As Frontliners, their duty is to welcome all the client’s inquiry, conduct loan interviews, and ensure all of DFC’s clients are well-informed about the end-to-end process of their loans. Ms. Claire, who is leading in number of Employee of the Month recognitions, now bags her 4th Employee of the Month recognition.
