QUALIFICATIONS:

1. For Retired AFP, BFP, and PCG
2. For PVAO, GSIS and SSS Pensioners
3. For Legal beneficiary of AFP, BFP and PCG (Spouse and/or Minor – at least 12 years old)
4. Should be physically healthy
5. Should not be over 70 years old
6. For PVAO, depository bank must be Philippine Veterans Bank
7. For GSIS and SSS, depository bank must be either Union Bank or Philippine National Bank
