If a client cannot personally visit our office in Quezon City, there are still several ways to apply for a loan. Diamond Finance offers 3 ways to apply for a loan:

a. Online Processing:

1. Submit all requirements needed for loan application through our Official Facebook Account (Diamond Cubao).
2. Once interviewed, loan application will be processed and loan will be released through ATM or check.
3. Application forms that are needed to be signed will be sent through couriers like LBC Express or JRS Express.
4. Once signed, client MUST send the signed application forms back to the office through couriers. Client should also send a copy of receipt from the courier as proof of delivery.

b. Digital Processing:

1. Submit all requirements needed for loan application through our Official Facebook Account (Diamond Cubao).
2. Once interviewed, loan application will be processed. The loan application forms will be sent through Facebook messenger or email address.
   NOTE: Loan would not be released if the application forms are not yet signed and if the receipt from the courier as proof of delivery is not yet sent.
3. Client must send a hard copy of the file sent by the interviewer to this address:

4. Once receipt was received by DFC, loan will be released through ATM or check.
   
   

c. Caravan

1. A client who is interested to appy of a loan will be endorsed to a loan consultant conducting caravan in the area so the client can be assisted personally.
2. Requirements must be submitted to the loan consultant present at the caravan who then he/she will  forward the requirements to our office via Facebook Messenger, Viber or email.
3. Once requirements have been received, DFC Representative will get in touch with the client to be interviewed. Once completed, the loan will be processed and will be released same day of the loan application.
   
   

Kung ang kliyente ay hindi makabisita ng personal sa opisina ng Diamond Finance sa Quezon City, mayroon pa ring mga paraan para sila ay makapag-loan. Ang Diamond Finance ay may tatlong paraan:

a. Online Processing:

1. Magpasa ng mga kinakailangang dokumento sa Official Facebook Account ng Diamond Finance (Diamond Cubao).
2. Kapag nakapanayam na ang aplikante, ang loan ipo-proseso na at ito ay ipapadala sa kanilang mga ATM account o di kaya ay sa cheke.
3. Ang application forms na kailangang pirmahan ng kliyente ay ipapadala sa pamamagitan ng LBC Express o di kaya ay JRS Express.
4. Kapag napirmahan na ang mga application forms, dapat ipadala pabalik ng mga kliyente ang mga ito naka-address sa opisina ng Diamond Finance.

   Ang mga kliyente ay dapat ring mag-padala ng litrato ng resibo galing sa LBC Express, JRS Express o kahit anong courier na kanilang pinagpadalahan upang maging katibayan na ang mga dokumento ay naipadala na.
   
   

b. Digital Processing:

1.  Magpasa ng mga kinakailangang dokumento sa Official Facebook Account ng Diamond Finance (Diamond Cubao).
2.  Kapag nakapanayam na ang aplikante, ang loan ay ipo-proseso na. Ang applications forms ay ipapadala sa pamamagitan ng Facebook Messenger o di kaya ay Email.
   Tandaan: Ang na-neto ng kliyente ay hindi ipapadala sa kanila hangga’t ang mga dokumento ay hindi pa napipirmahan at hindi pa naipapadala ang litrato ng resibo na nanggaling sa courier na pinagpadalahan ng aplikante.
3. Ang kliyente ay dapat ipadala ang hard copy ng file na ipinadala sa kanila ng Diamond Finance sa address na ito:

4. Kung ang resibo ay natanggap na ng Diamond Finance, ang loan ay ipapadala na sa kanila ATM o di kaya ay sa cheke.
   
   

c. Caravan

1. Ang aplikanteng interesadong mag-loan ay i-eendorso sa mga loan consultants na nagsasagawa ng caravan sa lugar ng aplikante para sila ay personal na matulungan.
2. Ang mga kinakailangang dokumento ay dapat ipasa sa loan consultants at sila naman ang magpapasa ng mga dokumento sa opisina ng Diamond Finance sa pamamagitan ng Facebook Messenger, Viber o Email.
3. Kapag natanggap na ng DFC Representative and mga kinakailangang dokumento ng kliyente, tatawagan ng representative ang kliyente upang makapanayam. Kapag tapos na, ang loan ay mapoproseso na at ibibigay na rin sa parehong araw ng pag-pasa aplikasyon ng kliyente.
