BGen Ramon Mateo U. Dizon(Ret) initially enrolled at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City where he took up Bachelor of Science in Geology. After 2 years, he transferred to the Philippine Military Academy where he graduated in 1983. He was initially assigned under the Philippine Constabulary where he served for 7 years. In 1990, he joined the Philippine Army. During his years in the Philippine Army, he underwent different training courses and seminars which were conducted inside and outside the country. In his 34 years in service, he has held key positions in the military and in the government. A highlight of his career is when he served as the Commander of the Presidential Security Group in 2010 up until his retirement from military service on August 30, 2013. In recognition to his dedication to duty, he was awarded Philippine Legion of Honor Degree of Officer by Former President Benigno S. Aquino III. He was appointed to the Office of the President as Undersecretary to the Office of the Executive Secretary in January 2014 until June 2016. He is now the Chairman of the Board of Diamond Finance Corporation and the Association of Lending Investors for Pensioners.
Mr. Michael V. Gonzalez graduated as Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines in 1985 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Two years after graduating, he went abroad to take his Master’s degree. In 1988, he graduated in Stanford University with Master of Science in Engineering Management. He started working in 1980. He worked in various companies and contributed in each of its success. It was in 2005 where he first became President of a company, Vinnell – Belvoir Corporation. He also became President of Quantus Business Services in 2010 and Poultrymax Omnis Inc. in 2012. He is currently a Professorial Lecturer on Construction Management at the University of the Philippines, Head at Independent Manufacturing Group of Asiapro Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Vice Chairman and President of Diamond Finance Corporation.
